This series of drawings, models, and spatial constructions is the culmination of first year educational explorations and construction studies. The four pieces: line block, plane block, balance block, and armature each explore fundamental elements of construction: line, plane, and volume. Their resulting forms are a product of construction methods and display themes of solid and void, interior and exterior, and material joinery.
